Item Photos:  Color is the most important factor in jewelry design for me and my goal when photographing my work is to realistically capture the beauty of each piece of jewelry.  Sometimes photos may appear a little lighter on your computer monitor than in actual life. When you receive your jewelry you will be happily surprised at how deep and vibrant the colors are. Photographs are not life size, but I have taken care to write accurate item descriptions for the actual sizes.

Payment:  Payments are processed using a SSL secure PayPal shopping cart.  Jewelry will be shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received, usually within 5 days, but never more than 7 days after payment has been received.  Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  If you need expedited mail service, please contact me so we can make arrangements.  There is no additional shipping and handling fee. The jewelry is insured and will require a delivery confirmation.

International Orders:  If you would like to place an international order, please contact me so we can work out the details. 

Return Policy:  My jewelry is designed to bring you joy, so I guarantee everything you purchase from me and will refund your money within the 7 day period following the delivery of the purchased item. Please contact me if you wish to return an item.   Returned items must be in saleable condition. The return shipping and insurance fee is nonrefundable. 

Repairs:  All Linda Landig Jewelry is created with the utmost attention to quality workmanship.  However, should any piece of jewelry prove to be faulty, I will gladly repair it free of charge, if returned within the 7 day period following the delivery of the purchased item.   Please contact me first, should your purchase require repair.  If your piece needs repair due to damage while in your care, a fee will be charged for parts, labor and shipping.

Packaging/Gift Wrap: All jewelry is carefully packaged in boxes that are suitable for gift giving or as a little present for yourself! If you need the box gift-wrapped for Christmas, Hanukkah or a birthday I can do that at no extra charge.  Just let me know.

Customizing Designs: All of my designs are one of a kind.  Most of the jewelry can be shortened or lengthened. The price for this is determined by the materials used and the work involved. I can easily exchange sterling silver ear wires for surgical steel at no cost. Send me an email with any questions about customizing a piece.

Commissioned Work: I often create custom designs and would be happy to do the same for you. Please inquire by email and let me know what you have in mind. I will explain the process to you and will follow up with a phone call to clarify the details.
